Good Morning Members,
I hope to find you well this morning. I know it has been awhile since you heard from me because I was on break. I had a pretty good break other than a few sad events. I lost my mother and I lost a friend to a tragic car accident. How I am handling my trauma is by putting it in Godโs hands and it will be a long road, but I will get through this because I have a good support system.
๐๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ ๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฉ๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐.I will stay busy with work and that will help me keep going. Especially because through my work I get to advocate for others and I get to help other people which makes it worth it. There are more times that things like this will happen and you have to keep moving forward even when it is hard. ๐๐ญ ๐ก๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ง ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐, ๐๐ฎ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ฆ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ค๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ .
๐๐ฅ๐ฌ๐จ, ๐๐จ๐งโ๐ญ ๐ญ๐๐ค๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐. This is something I have learned throughout life and in the past couple of weeks. That is something I have learned from this. You donโt know if you will be here tomorrow so do what you want to do that day,๐๐ ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ง๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ ๐ ๐จ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ฒ. If you have the chance to start a new day do it and keep going. I really try to tell others I love them when we say goodbye on the phone or in person because of things like this.
I now want to talk to you about influenza (flu). ๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฌ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐ข๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐จ๐ซ ๐ข๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐จ๐ ๐ฐ๐ก๐จ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก. You can still wear a mask if you have to be out but want to be careful. I have heard that a lot of people have not gotten their flu shots, but I was able to get mine back in October when you are recommended to get it.
๐๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ค ๐ข๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐ ๐ข๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฒ ๐ก๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ. I think getting your shots for the flu and COVID it can really make a difference of how sick you get and it will help keep others save from getting sick or getting hospitalized. ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ค, ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฒ ๐ก๐จ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ.
It is still winter even though we donโt have snow. Most people are still stuck inside and isolated. It is that time to start taking down the Christmas decorations and getting ready for the New Year. I am happy that we have been able to see the sun for the last couple of days. I donโt think we have very many days of sun in December so this is nice. ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ ๐๐ญ ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ค๐๐๐ฉ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ --๐๐ฏ๐๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ ๐ก ๐ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ ๐ข๐ญ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ it is good to still get out when you can. You can walk down your street or go in your yard for a ๐ ๐๐๐ฐ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ฌ ๐ ๐๐๐ฒ.
