Good morning
Jennifer Espinoza-Forlenza suggested I contact you. IRIS may be cutting Rosa's support to work at VIP Services. This morning I put together what Rosa needs/requires if she is going to be successful. The controlling need seems to be that she has never worked at the minimum wage level in the 14+ years that she has worked at VIP Services.

What does Rosa “need”? All of the items below

Having a private place where she does her daily noon treatment

WORK itself

Stability

A place that she TRUST

People that she TRUST

Work for 35 hours a week

Having a community of self-selected friends to share break time and lunch with

Having a large group of folks from which to find those special friends as Pam and Jennifer are to her

A totally flexibility work schedule ie Doctor’s appointment, family vacations of 6 weeks

Work for less than minimum wages as she has never worked at the Minimum Wage lever for any of the 100+ jobs that she has worked on at VIP Services in the past 14+ years.

A variety of jobs as she would get bored doing the same job day after day.

Not to experience rejection in the job application and the possibility of being FIRED.

If Rosa had the social skill to be flexible in her interactions with strangers and even folks she knows she might be capable of working in the community IF ALL THE OTHER CONDITIONS ARE MET.

Thanks for any help you can provide
